O2 Performance is a world class fitness centre located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast on the beautiful Lake Kawana.

We set out to create a facility for the community, castering towards all training levels and styles, including high performance for the many local athletes aspiring to take their training to the next level as well as visitiing teams to the region.

O2 Performance, based within the Sports Hub, boasts eight olypic lifting platforms, seperate heavy and light lifting free weight zones, an AstroTurf and matted area for stretching and functional exercises. In addition to the abover there is also a 4 lane 60m sprint track, designated stationary bike room for rehab cardio sessions and exercise testing facilities.
