Overlooking Lake Kawana, Venue 114 is renowned for delivering professional event experiences for the Sunshine Coast community. With fifteen distinctive spaces to choose from, the venue offers a space for all event types including business breakfasts, charity gala events, product launches, music gigs and festivals, conferences, expos, private celebrations and community functions.
Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast and just 15 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport the venue is unique in its diversity with two indoor performance stages and one outdoor stage plus a festival lawn. A full-service venue, the team can deliver personalised event management including ticketing, advertising and catering as well as in-house production and technical services.

Venue 114 are proud to be EarthCheck Evaluate assessed for 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The EarthCheck Evaluate program recognises organisations both nationally and internationally that engage in sustainable practices. We are continuously working with the Evaluate program to assess and improve our venue’s social and environmental impact.

Installation of building management system (BMS) - Scheduled control of HVAC to optimise individual energy use for each room to coincide when room is in use.
Manage lighting with timers or switch off completely when space is not being used

2 x 20 000L underground water tanks used on garden and toilets
Hiring of reusable crockery, cutlery and utensils available to all events

Rechargeable batteries for all battery-operated audio, lighting and presentation equipment thus eliminating single use batteries going to landfill
